As the second hire on the Glow Recipe content & social team, Courtney joined at a pivotal point in the brand’s journey to become a leader in the global skincare market. Bringing with her best-in-class practices for campaign execution, she led the art direction for at least dozen product launches. Overseeing everything from lighting to model casting and location scouting, she led content development from start to finish.

She was essential in defining the brand’s social creative strategy, eventually growing their Instagram to a following of 1 million. After launching the brand on TikTok in 2020, she and the team supported their products through virality on the platform. She was a key resource for retail partners such as Sephora, Target, Cult Beauty and MECCA Beauty.
