As the second hire on the Glow Recipe Creative & Social team, Courtney joined at a pivotal point in the brand’s expansion, supporting their growth into international markets. Bringing with her best-in-class practices for campaign execution, she led the art direction for at least dozen product launches. She was essential in defining the brand’s social creative strategy, growing their Instagram to a following of 1 million, and launched the brand on TikTok in 2020.

To launch Sweet Chef’s acne-focused franchise, Courtney pulled inspiration from archival print advertisements. This brought an elevated and nostalgic feeling to the collection’s skin-positive positioning. She also developed thumb-stopping copy for this campaign.
